Monitor Alert Delay – Grace Period

The Grace Period, also called the Monitor Alert Delay, refers to the length of time set between a worker missing their check in and when their monitor will receive an alert.

1. To set it up go into the Ok Alone dashboard and select ‘Settings’ on the left-hand toolbar.

2. Select the drop-down menu for ‘Monitor Alert Delay’. Choose a length of time by clicking on it.
3. Click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the screen to save your choice.

Ok Alone also has Flexible Alert Delays available for Worker Down and High Risk check-ins.
